I received coffee from there full of coffee grinds I’m going to ask to speak to a manager or owner conveniently no one’s there and also had a bagel twist and it was overcooked the cheese was all burnt and when I call up there it’s Girl could care less. Next time I go there they’re going to give me a free cup of coffee. And my money back for my troubles. I’ve never got a cup of coffee from dunkin’ donuts like that before That’s what happens when you let young kids run your company. I forgot to mention she hung up on me.

I used to go to Dunkin every day sometimes two or three times a day. Now I don’t go anymore and for good reason. I know Dunkin’s menu inside and out. I know how it’s supposed to taste and look. Every time I go it’s different. The syrup is at the bottom, the matcha has clumps in it bc they don’t mix it enough, the ice measurements are all the way to the top, etc etc etc. Each time they make up their own way of making the drinks. I’ve asked so many times h””how many pumps does this get” or “can you shake my matcha please it’s not supposed to have clumps in it”. Each time they give a different answer or in the case of the matcha they are too lazy to stir it to the point it’s clumpless!! If it’s hard for you to stir it and it’s not in a cup, how much harder is it going to be to stir it when it’s inside a cup and all I have to stir it is a straw? A lot harder obviously. For these prices you guys should make the drinks correctly. I don’t even blame the workers completely because what does the owner expect when they pay them slave wages? Of course they’re not going to care. You complain to the manager too and nothing changes because they’re paid slave wages too so no one cares. This is why I don’t go anymore. Dunkin is notorious for their drinks being hit or miss (bc 99% of the time they’re not made correctly). Wasted my money one too many times!

I visit this dunkin every single morning before work. I usually never have an issue. But this morning I arrived, and ordered my usual Cold brew cold foam with cream and French vanilla. The girl who took my order was extremely rude, it actually took me back as I usually am greeted with such pleasance, however I still show manners as I understand it’s Monday morning. Instead of receiving the cup of coffee I looked forward since the moment I woke up, I received an actual cup of cream, there definitely is no cold brew in sight. I even tasted the drink, hoping it was just made light. Nope, nothing. What I cannot fathom is that I order a more expensive drink, and this is what I receive. $5 for cream. I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly annoyed as I am going to work with no coffee.

The younger staff is extremely incompetent to get any orders correct. Also went there just before closing (7:30p) and we kept asking for the egg bites and they responded first, “don’t know what that is “ then said “we don’t sell that”. When we said it’s on your menu, response was we no longer have that. We left and went to waretown.

Really enjoyed this dunkin in the past. Recently the service has been less then stellar. My wife ordered a cold brew with cold foam. Received said coffee sans cold foam. When my wife pointed it out, the service member told her it melted. How cold foam melts between the order mic and the window is beyond me.
