I go to this Dunkin occasionally but every time I go I have a problem. Simple order of plain toasted bagel very little bit of butter. Everytime I get a huge amount of butter n not even melted.

I always get the wrong order at this location. Staff moves slower than a three toed sloth. Looks like the staff could use a cup of coffee themselves. Macchiato is always stirred and basically a cup of milk. Last time I went will be the last time I bother visiting. The girl did offer to add more espresso to my cup of milk so that was nice. But the wait for my initial order then waiting for it to be fixed was really long. Even though I was one of two people inside. It is clean inside so there is a positive note.

I am so disappointed with the service I had. The women took my order was friendly n nice. The women at the window was too busy eating something out of a big in my face to talk. She didn’t even tell me my total. She took my payment walked away, came back gave me my one item with out speaking at all still munching away at whatever she was eating. Then the young man who made the other part of my order threw the bag at her while she was still eating she then in turn swung the bag at him then finally decided to bring the bag to me to hand it too me and again not saying anything because she was too busy stuffing her mouth with food. Not only does this violate health code but I was extremely disappointed and will be contacting management and NJ Health Dept to report

I always ordered the vanilla bean coolata but when I accidentally ordered a vanilla bean mocha coolata I discovered my new favorite. Vanilla bean tasted like melted vanilla ice cream was amazing but with mocha it’s almost like chocolate coffee I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I don’t understand how you guys can mess up caramel iced coffees. I stopped this morning to get my iced coffee & I had to tell the employees to add cream into my drink because it looked like water. The drink they made was horrible, you’re better off drinking poison than what they made me it had no taste. Either train your new employees or just stop making drinks, Thank You.

Stopped in to get a couple coffees. Paid and was asked if I want my change, Almost 2 dollars, said yes I do. Well I guess that was the wrong answer because both coffees were made wrong. Never again. Maybe next time they should give the change back without the question. Maybe instead you can let customers decide if they want to tip. And for a coffee that is over priced and only made right if you want to pay extra go somewhere else.

I wish there was another location that was more convenient for me. I don’t know why I continue to get food here. Every time I get a breakfast sandwich they’re burnt/stale and you can’t even take a bite they’re so hard. My orders are always messed up. There are a few pleasant workers but most are super rude. This location has really gone down hill.

I’ve had so many problems at this location. One of them being they’ve given me regular coffee when I asked for decaf because I’m PREGNANT! I had to stop going to this one because they’re always goofing off and not listening. My order is always wrong. The photo below shows the muffin I ordered — toasted with butter. When I got home there was a chunk of egg in it. GROSS. Never again.
