I used to work for this company. It was actually one of my first jobs growing up. I ordered an iced coffee at the drive up today around 3:45 PM, September 5th 2023. I politely asked for an empty cup to empty my breast milk into. It’s not the fact that she said no that was the issue. She was rude about it and slammed the window shut without saying sorry, thank you, or anything. No receipt, just rude. I have never encountered such terrible customer service at any Dunkin’ Donuts in my life. I will never go to this location again.

Not from around here but guy was rude, couldn’t understand him. And then I got donuts that were missing half the icing. Luckily I keep sugar in my car because the one I got tasted like it didn’t have any in it.

They are stingy with their cream cheese on bagels. If you ask for more they want to charge you extra. Their bagels are thick and require cream cheese or some spread to swallow. I only buy here after bagel shops close. Who orders a bagel with cream cheese to eat bread?

Very poor service never gets the order correct and not only charged me for my order but for someone else order. When I pointed out to them they admitted it and told me I had to wait 24 to 48 hours to have it refunded to my account. I am fined that most of the Dunkin Donut are no good anymore. It is a coffee donut shop and I have been to ones lately that are totally out of donut, bagels and muffins all at one time. I cannot believe it but I pulled in to a Dunkin Donuts and they were out of coffee.
