Have to change review. Poorly designed in that the drive thru line can trap you in your parking spot. Parked and went into and inside is ignored while they dealt with drive thru. Poor selection of donut holes. Starbucks coming nearby so there will be competition plus they have the best scones.

Well my sister treated me there after her next procedure at the surgical center down the road she couldn’t eat or drink nothing all day and really was looking forward to our Dunkin donuts coffee and donut the girl at the drive-through with so mean and nasty it was like we were ruining her day cuz she had another customer wasn’t pleasant at all and our coffee did not taste like it had any sugar in it I had to pull into the parking area and go inside and get more sugar for my sister and myself to coffee and donut was delicious but the young girl with the tie dye hair was not pleasant at all

Not the Dunkin Donuts I grew up with. If you don’t get there early the donuts are dry and old tasting. Then you take a bite of a jelly donut or any filling, and can’t find the filling……the last bite had the little jelly they now fill them with. Very disappointing. Even the variety is not what I used to see.

Waited on drive through 20 minuts, 3 employees standing around when I get up to the drive through asked me if I ordered the large regular coffee, told them no, large iced Carmel mochiato, and nesquick, they looked puzzled. Wait another 5 minuts and they all dissappear behind the donut counter, girl hands me a coffe, thats not a Carmel machito, it’s a watered down milk and something..I always used to get them, dark on the bottom and the Carmel and cream are on the top. This was disgusting…I was already down the road, not worth waiting another 25 minutes or a turn around..never buying from this location again..inexperienced staff, no clue..does my picture look like and iced Carmel machiato..he’ll no..
