Kiosk only in the lobby while 3 employees and manager stood around talking. The kiosk didn’t have my usual order as an option, an employee came over to check (which I was clearly an imposition for him) and told me to order regular and they can make it the way I requested and walked away before my kiosk issue was resolved. I left the $30 order canceled as well as did 4 other customers who came in. Don’t bother going here unless you want ro use the drive through.

I know Dunkin’ Donunts is getting bad, but come on! I hate ordering at the kiosks, first of all. I want to talk to someone who knows what they’re doing. I also like human interaction. Second, they’re pushing the drive thru too much. You can tell this for two reasons. One, the only cash register is in the DT, and two, the donuts are there. That brings me to my thing thing. THERES NO DONUTS AT THE FRONT COUNTER. WHY?? This makes no sense to me. I’ve never in my life been to a DD and have not been greeted by a wall of donuts. Also every donut I’ve asked for (which every other DD has) they said they didn’t have. Who doesn’t have Chocolate Glazed or Double Chocolate?? And where’s the tables and chairs?

I love Dunkin iced tea. Unfortunately the tea I purchased yesterday tasted like coffee. Unacceptable in my opinion. I’ll be ordering from my usual walk in D from now on where the tea is always fresh and delicious.
