I have to say this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Extremely slow service, rude people working at the counter, never get orders right. Today I was there and ordered hash browns. 15 minutes later I was still standing there as were all of the other customers while the 2 people working were counting the money in the tip jar and restocking cups instead of helping customers. Two other customers along with myself just asked for our money back and walked out. Will never return to this location. What a shame !

I always use the mobile app and I can’t tell you the last time I ordered a donut or munchkins and they actually had any in stock. How can Dunkin DONUTS never have donuts???!!!! And it’s not even like they close soon. I usually order between 4 or 6:00 and all they have is coffee

One of the drawbacks of this restaurant is the very slow service. Unless you order through the app, you will have to wait a long time to get your food. This can be frustrating and inconvenient, especially if you are hungry or in a hurry. The staff seems to prioritize the app orders over the walk-in customers, which is unfair and inefficient.

Had a and unpleasant experience with breakfast sandwich sausage egg and cheese on a croissant croissant didn’t seem it’s Freshest and the sausage patty was not fresh at all… Have been reheated several times… I’ve become an expert on freshness with Dunkin’ donuts I’ve eaten so much of it I know when it’s not fresh.

You might as well go to Starbucks for these prices. This is BY FAR the most expensive Dunkin I have ever been to. Same with the Dunkin on Rt. 1 near Finnegan’s Ln. They also will fill your coffee with 75% milk/cream and a few sips of coffee.
