I’m a frequent customer at this DD location as I am a UPS driver in Monroe Township, NJ and I went in there today to sit down on my lunch and charge my phone. An employee called my attention and asked if I ordered anything because I can’t sit inside with out buying something. Last time I’ll be coming to this location for some hospitality. Owners are also very rude to their patrons.

I come to this Dunkin pretty often on my way to work and for the past few months, I have experienced rude, arrogant employees, mostly at the drive through speaker and window. They also mess up every other drink order and I am never provided resolutions via customer service. Seeing many other similar reviews and I won’t come to this location again.

It was very busy when I whent early in the morning but I was not seen by staff for a solid 10 minutes and I do admit I should have tried to do something bigger but they had headsets on but the food was amazing just make sure you come in for the mornings for doughnuts and things like that but the grilled cheese I had here tastes terrible only reasoning is because it had practically no cheese but it may have been a 1 time thing

I frequent this DD for convenience and normally that staff is rather friendly. My only issue is today was supposed to be Free Donut Day. At the drive-thru I ordered a donut which she repeated back to me. However, When I grabbed my order, no donut. I didn’t find this out until I got to work and opened up my breakfast. Not the worst thing in the world and the rest of my order is correct. Still don’t offer free donuts if you aren’t going to give them. Just sayin’.

Worst store I ever visited in my life! I can’t even imagine employees can be such rude and racist!! My teen daughter was with me and we had two separate gift cards in phone.. employee denied to give donuts even though we were placing separate order and each other had additional $ to be paid on top of gift card limit. Then we went to another Dunkin on Applegarth road just 2 miles away and got all stuff with no objections at all.. Do not go to this Dunkin store unless you are starving to death and no option left in whole world!
