Asked for a half a dozen box of donuts. Gave us all the wrong donuts that we ordered and then got mad and berated us for asking for the right ones. Lots of teenagers working that are either too stressed or just don’t care. Recommend avoiding this location.

This is the second time I’ve ordered ahead and still had to wait awhile for my drink. This time, not only did I have to wait, but my order was wrong. And then the kids working were too busy talking to each other to be over by the register. I didn’t have time to wait to ask for the correct item. As you see the sticker says HOT not iced.

The problem with teenage employees is they don’t care about what they are doing. Yet the consumer is spending money on the establishment. The product shouldn’t vary in taste and consistency as much as it does. Even with different staff members working. The cross contamination is bad at this Dunkin and the item is never the same as the day before. Only go for the convenience of the drive through. But this was my last straw. Spending money just to dump it out. My iced coffee tasted like green tea. Bad on those teenagers. Definitely won’t be returning looks like I’ll be spending my money at the other Dunkin In boro. They are more professional and consistent. This Dunkin has something to learn. Also majority of the child staff has an attitude. Put on your work face – smile and and wave.

First timer . Loved the quick service … did drive through and it was a short wait time.. had ice latte and was perfect .. we also had strawberry milk shake from baskin and it tasted so good.. lots of parking available. Perfectly close to many other big stores.. thumbs up !

I spend 10 minutes to order my cofee here inside at this location. The person @ cash register was on phone or whatever he was doing than I decide to back up and second person behind me come forward same thing happen. I just get out. I beleive they just don’t care about the customers.
