This has been a LONG time coming… Their food, is awful. The breakfast sandwiches are a joke. The eggs are a little bigger than a silver dollar. The bacon is usually burned. Not crispy, BURNED. The donuts have gotten smaller while the prices have gotten more expensive. Most of their food item sizes are grossly undersized for an average size adult. There’s nothing to like about Dunkin.

Im honestly annoyed by this Dunkin i passed by to get a tea and latte with my sister and it was a simple order black tea with honey they added milk which would be fine if she wasn’t lactose intolerant i called the number on the website and no answer i understand its the weekend but it wasnt even busy or a complicated order. And now what 5 bucks down the drain and i cant even get in contact with a manager for a refund.

This use to be a great store however the past few months service has been horrible. They get orders wrong or give you someone else’s order. There are reasons why you pay attention when taking orders. I’m a diabetic and they put sugar in my coffee I couldn’t even drink it. Lines are drive thru are long they are too slow and short staffed

Went there for the first time 2 weeks ago and it will be my last. Served me a old donut and had a rack full of good ones but decided to make the incorrect decision for customer service. I am a loyal customer to Dunkin’ and I am new to the area but I will have to find another location. Terrible service very dry employees as well
