This location has horrible customer service feels like the staff there hates their job and and doesn’t know how to be friendly. My husband went in a few times to get me coffee while I am in the hospital with our daughter and each time he got poor customer service and bad attitude from the employees- Do better!

Terrible experiences here always ! Normally I do not complain even if the coffee is not good. Today they messed up the drink so bad I had to ask for a remake. But of course I’m not surprised that they act like it’s not their fault. I pay $5.50 for a large latte 3x a week. I expect it to taste like COFFEE not milk. Otherwise I can go buy an entire gallon of milk for $5 at 7-11 if I want to drink milk. Well they refused to remake my drink. I did get a refund which I’m glad about, but it took a lot of effort and some arguing to get the refund when all I wanted was some espresso added or just a new drink made. They offered to charge me for the extra espresso. Are you serious ? It’s already $5.50 with tax and not made correctly and now they try to charge me another $1.50 for more espresso for a total of $7 for a latte from Dunkin’ Donuts ?? That is ridiculous! They do not understand what customer service is here and will give you a terrible attitude while you try to rectify the situation.

Terrible management. We asked for extra cups and a cup of water for my grandfather and they refused such a basic request. Terrible service and management. I expect mediocre service from a Dunkin, but this was just awful. Just go to another place instead of this one.

I am so sad that I lost one good place to get coffee. I’ve been going there since the last year literally almost every day, and I found that the place got one new employee who was female and looked like racially Indian. I am not sure about her race, because I am not interested in it, but I wanted to avoid confusion with other employees who were nice to me. She looked a little bit different who were probably latino/latina there, and she might be Indian.
