ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The employees here in this small, cramped location have absolutely no home training and have no business working in customer service. VERY disrespectful and ungrateful individuals- it’s a shame to the DD brand that they are employed here. I spend hundreds of dollars in DD annually and have been a customer in multiple states and was appalled by the rudeness on display in this store. Not sure if it was a jealousy thing or what, but these women had an issue with me from the second I walked in. They offerred no apology even after I expressed displeasure with their behavior. To top it off, the donuts are also usually dry and old and the drinks are frequently made incorrectly. Won’t be returning.

The staff typically has a poor customer service attitude. When I came in one worker assisted while another sat there and coughed, did Not cover her mouth (NASTY) and did not have a mask on. They need to improve how they interact with customers and either wear a mask or DO NOT COUGH AND NOT COVER YOUR MOUTH. i normally do not go to this location anymore because of the poor service.

The place is really appealing and up to date l. The staff had a hard time hearing me and I wasn’t sure if it was because of the mask, plastic guard or a language barrier. I couldn’t hear the cashier as well, I had to repeatedly my order three times. I wanted nitro brew. Some places only serve small and some places will have a medium option. I asked the guy to give me the biggest size order I can get of this coffee. He grabbed one cup started making the order and I was told by another person I couldn’t get this size. When I got it it was fine but the staff should’ve have been more knowledgeable of products. Otherwise happy with my order and experience

I went here today in the morning and me and I order a cold brew with cold foam but I said specifically I wanted it with cream and sugar I didn’t want black and my friend heard me tell het that and the employee was so rude when I told her I didn’t order that she started screaming at me saying I was specific enough let me find you that I’m 13 and she’s screaming at a teenager. I was humiliated and I left from that place and once I left she said I wasn’t specific enough because when I got to school my friend asked my other friend who was there if she said anything and she said that the employee said that once we left she said we weren’t specific. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to get screamed at. She was a Hispanic woman with blond hair. I hate this place so much very rude and the employees have a big attitude

Not sure why I wasted my money on a frozen lemonade when all I drink is lemon water at home…. Came in there to buy my normal iced caramel macchiato.. Walked out with a frozen aid. My head aint screwed on right today. Maybe that explains why I had a nightmare about a headless deer running around in my backyard two days ago
