I feel like maybe they need to clean their oven… This is one of the only locations where the food tastes like burnt plastic… Everything we get that’s toasted has a funky chemical plastic taste… It’s unfortunate because the people that work there are amazing and nice… Well most of them. The food is fresh, coffee is the best, but that funky taste has to go even the kids complain and now we only order drinks here .

Long lines at the drive thru and it’s a hit or miss on wheether or not you’ll get decent customer service. If you’re in a hurry then sure, but the Bagel Fresh in the plaza nearby has far better quality food/coffee.

I wanted to leave a review because I honestly look forward to not only my coffee every morning but seeing the ladies in the drive through! Only taking a star off because going inside has been chaotic, busy and frustrating. But the drive through no matter how long always goes quick. Best coffee and service through drive through. The ladies I see every morning are very sweet, kind and accommodating. My favorite Dunkin!

I’ve had good and bad experiences here. Mostly good; at night the staff are friendly and my orders are perfect. During the daytime it’s an experience. Sometimes my order is right sometimes it’s not – it’s minor things like a drink is slightly different (for example, less sweet) than it usually is… something not worth bringing back but it should be noted. The staff are polite but sometimes I can see them clearly doing nothing while I’m waiting at the drive-thru which is a little upsetting. This is why they get 4 instead of 5 stars. I’ve worked fast food before and I know it doesn’t take 3 people to make 1 drink, but come on guys! At least hide from my view or pretend to be busy.
