Selection is slim pickings. Employees are not friendly. They do not answer the phone. They half speak in person. I am certain this is a management issue. Most businesses appreciate their clients and want them to spend their money. Not this one. In this case, I ordered a specialty cake.

I didn’t even get a chance to order my refresher before an employee mopped the floor in front of me without having the kindness to allow me to make my order before she slings the mop around without me slipping while ordering. She was rude and speechless when asked what am I supposed to do walk on the wt floor to order during lunch??? I work food over 30 years and there isn’t supposed to be a dirty mop being sling around the patrons and or dinning area. Customer service here doesn’t exist at all with all 4 employers on this day. They even allowed what seemingly appeared to be a visually impaired citizen walk on the wet floor I just warned him about. Good luck here. There better D&Ds around the corner even down the street persay. Just don’t go here until further notice.

This DD is highly recommended. The staff is super helpful to customers. I saw an employee assist a.man with a walker by bringing him his drink. The employees are very cordial. I come to have coffee or study and they never make me feel unwelcome. The employee also continue to maintain the facility throughout the day. Thanks guys!

The manager should talk to the workers, because today I placed my order online there and when I go to pick up it, they did not complete it, I ordered 2 coffees and a bagel and they only make the coffees, I’m supposed to do it this to save waiting time, this is the second time it happens to me.

I’m not sure if this place change owners but all I know is I used to come here a few years ago almost every day because the management was so awesome and they always knew my order and they always had my garlic bagel in stock which most Dunkin’ donuts don’t always have in stock. Now I go there. They have half the amount of bagels that they used to carry. They don’t have the one that I always ordered anymore the selection of stuff is just limited all together and the prices are ridiculous. Starbucks is actually cheaper than Dunkin’ donuts. When it comes to many of their drinks, I would take Starbucks over Dunkin’ donuts any day of the week. I only came here recently because I got to gift cards for Christmas for Dunkin’ donuts and obviously I was there only to use it as I would never spend my actual money in this store.

Yikes, I see why stores are dropping “donuts” from their name. I’m spoiled by the prevalence of independent donuts shops all over Southern Ca where I live part of the year, but these are just bad. I don’t care for chain beverages but seems they are trying to compete with Starbucks and failing miserable. My advice is to grab a bagel somewhere or go to McDonalds or the like ever in need.
