The drinks here don’t taste as good as the other Dunkin’ donut as if the have the recipe incorrect. Also they need to STOP MIXING MY MACCHIATO I like the drink because of the milk on top and the espresso on the bottom. Only here do they do this. Work on perfecting the recipe and stop mixing macchiatos.

Terrible don’t recommend this place, I went to order a small Pink coconut refresher today which is $3.29- $3.39 according to the sizes at the register for iced drinks.The worker charged me $3.49 for a small size. I asked her kindly if I can pay using my gift card and she gave me attitude stating that she can’t scan my gift card without the app. The last time I went there the worker was able to scan my gift card without the app and with no problem. Likewise when I was ordering the drink she interrupted me by stating that I wasn’t ready and she went to the next costumer. Terrible costumer service.

I never write reviews but this time I needed to. I always order from this Dunkin Donuts every morning through Grubhub. Somehow, there’s always something missing, ALWAYS. Or they send the wrong thing or mess up something. I’ve tried calling because I really need the coffee and they just say to ask for a refund because the driver won’t come back. The staff that answers the phone is very unprofessional and rude. After today, I am never ordering from them again.

This is a great Dunkin to go to! Very friendly and attentive staff. The manager definitely knows what she is doing and that is reflected in the staff, products (food/beverages), clean upkeep of the area, and more. If you aren’t sure whether to stop by this location, just do it! You won’t regret it.

This is probably the worst dunkin I’ve ever visited. The staff moves like molasses. After waiting a long time for my order they still get it wrong. The only good thing about this dunkin is that there is parking and the donuts are always good. Coffees however, are very weak. Customer service even worse.

I just went in and try to order a grill cheese. The man at the night shift don’t believe in customer service he took his sweet time to take make order and he took his sweet time separating the cheese and I told him to hurry up a little he refuse to and said if you gotta go just go he have no customer service and all he said was you can tell my manager. The people in the morning is efficient not him I will never ever go to him a again he is a Spanish man. Bad service

I walked in there was only one person being helped so I waited when he was proceeding to leave another person walks in and the lady behind the counter decides to ignore the fact that I had been standing there for 5 mins and assists this person that had no mask on either!!!!! I told her that was wrong on all levels you should Acknowledge and assist people that walk in also customers that are actually wearing their masks!!!!!
