I almost gave it 5 stars! I was excited to go here.. the first time i went i ordered a latte caramel. With almond milk since im lactose intolerant. Even with a coupon from the app the server gave it to me. His partner was about to charge me and was stopped by his coworker and told me not to worry about it. The second time the guy barley wanted to serve me. I understand if your busy with another customer yet its the way you say it. Also he demanded i pay extra for almond milk. I obliged but he seemed to be upset and uncaring. I was unimpressed and a bit offended that he was rushing me.

I’ve been coming here everyday for the past 2 weeks, the managers of the place is rude to black people, always messing up my order during the transaction and gets mad at me bc they messed up. Today I wanted an iced coffee with light ice & instead of putting it to my order, he continued to talk over me & ignore my request multiple times even when he was making the drink. I also wanted 2pc hash browns, I know I pronounce my words right, he rung me up for one so I ordered again and when my second order was ready, the server argued with me as if I didn’t just pay for the hash browns.

Went there after buying cat food at Target for my little guys. I asked for a large Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice Latte. The cashier was respectful, & the guy who made the drink did a very good job. I love the seasonal drink’s.

I will NEVER go to this Dunkin Donuts again!! For my experience was unacceptable including the manager who was very trite and did not know how to speak to people. Then the ice caramel coffee I ordered was terrible I had to ask for more caramel. Also, there were way too many people inside since we still in the midst of sickness.

Best Dunkin Donut store. Really nice, amazing, friendly staff. Their menu has expanded quite a lot and has a lotbof healthy options. I go there and get my espresso every day. I think they have better coffee than Starbucks.
