Worst dunkin in the area. I have no idea how this dunkin is still in business. I came around 9:20 to get something but they said it was closed, when on google it says they close at 10? Full of lazy workers that don’t even wanna do their jobs. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either.This dunkin and their owner Bill is a complete joke. Learn how to run a business. Even when I do get my food in the morning, it’s always disgusting.

Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop. They do have the best coffee and tea. I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness. I like the donuts, although I don’t have them often. The muffins are very good, but they don’t have some of them all the time. I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them. They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old. They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore. The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally. The bagels are not my favorite. They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy. They should try to work on that because they always seem stale. The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad. I like the new sourdough bread that they have now. The avocado toast is very good. I don’t like the sundried tomatoes though. They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people. I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don’t have that all the time now. They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I don’t like that they changed their rewards program. It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from. They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.

I would be embarrassed if I was Bill Debonis with the staff that he hires! There is a particular employee at this location that is so unprofessional and rude. Honestly she is just a miserable human being. I would think being the owner of this location and several others in town he would care more about how his customers are being treated. I would think he would respond to emails with concern and address the issues that his customers are having and have had with this staff member but nope nothing but crickets! So unprofessional and this staff member shouldn’t be in customer service AT ALL!

Consistently the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. I’ve been going there for years and I have filed complaints on the app about them not cleaning out the pots or leaving the heat up way too high. For whatever reason the coffee tastes and smells terrible and leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. I don’t know if it’s coffee mold or if they’re burning the coffee on the hot plate.
