I ordered a L iced machiatto and they basically gave me a cup of cream with what looked like half a shot of espresso. When i asked for more coffee they rolled their eyes at me and said “are you kidding me? this is how its made”. This was not my first time ordering a machiatto from a dunkin donuts, i know how its supposed to look and taste. Im not sure if they dont have enough coffee in the store or what the issue is, i pay $6 for a Machiatto i dont want to be drinking a tall glass of cream, so ridiculous

The service in this place is pretty bad. I feel I should give this one star but I do rarely the nice person there.The staff is almost always rude and just seem like they could care less. I use the on the go ordering and it still gets messed up. Also it takes forever to get. When you tell them they made it wrong/a mistake you get a worse attitude. I only go here when I’m desperate. I usually drive to the other side of town as that one is so much better. I hope management changes or something changes here before it’s too late.

This Dunkin is absolutely horrible. The service is terrible. The staff is constantly changing and it’s no wonder given how the manager runs this building into the ground. Siddlia is so nasty to customers in the drive thru. She has to have been there for almost 5 years and still purposely gets orders wrong to spite customers or takes her problems out on customers

I’ve been through the drive thru several times and although it’s very slow, the workers who work the drive thru have always been very nice. However, today the line was very long so I decided to go in instead. Horrible customer service experience from start to finish. The manager and another woman were arguing the entire time. I waited well over 10 min for my order. It’s extremely disorganized with everyone running around and after 10 min I told one guy that it was taking much longer than expected and he rolled his eyes at me and walked away. I then mentioned it to the manager with blonde hair and she stated “it’s very busy in here” with an attitude. Not “I apologize your order is coming right up” or anything to that nature. She then yelled at an employee who was trying her best, to help the other guy because I was waiting over 10 min. Just horrible. I only gave 2 stars because the order was correct.

Really really slow service. This is a weekly issue. Even if you mobile order ahead, you will constantly need to wait 5-10 minutes for any walk in order. It’s not worth the wait or the poor service. Easily the worst dunkin in the area. The doors are even locked some mornings so you can’t walk in. Brutal
