Dunkin Donuts is a huge company and has strict quality standards. I get the avocado toast here a few days a week with bacon and an order of snackin bacon. Today this is what I received. Matted bread with peice of cardboad on it, without bacon topping. Bacon not warmed up.

3 Times I’ve given this Dunkin a try Everytime has been a disappointment. Between wrong orders, poor service, and watered down drinks, I’ve had enough. They almost never have new drinks in stock (even though their signs advertise them). Today I actually got nauseous from my drink after a few sips – I threw it out – something wasn’t right with it. This Dunkin needs some serious management help. (Pretty dirty too )

June 3rd, 2023. Terrible customer service and very unhygienic. I got in to order a coffee and a gentlemen was behind the counter counting money. The other lady worker was moping the floor and it was wet. The two were arguing in Spanish. The person behind cash counter did not bother to look up and then he cursed to the lady and literally said the F word out loud. He looked at me and ignored. The women asked me what I want and I said a small coffee. She went ahead to get me the coffee but did not change the glove and poured coffee with the same glove she had on when mopping. Then she said $3.00 for the coffee (I know it is $2.49 at this place). I asked for receipt and she said they can’t give as the guy was working on the cash machine. It was just a paltry amount to argue and I was going to put it in the tip jar anyway. But this is totally unacceptable.

This establishment is highly unprofessional. I came there where the manager had an all out argument in front of customers. Responding nasty attitudes to customers and doordash drivers. On top of that they delivered my sesame bagel toast, burned and cream cheese on the side instead of on the bagel on both sides. I won’t be ordering from there again and suggested you don’t either!!! Horrible example of the Dunkin Donuts Brand!!!

I ordered at this Dunkin on the app and I ordered $21 worth of Dunkin, the place was still closed at 6:40 and it says it’s open at 5am, I bet they don’t have enough staff but still be on time. Don’t order on the app at this Dunkin in the morning, it probably opens at 8am. I ordered from DoorDash to DD and I ordered the same thing and when I got the food they gave my first order and they gave me a whole dozen of donuts saying that they were sorry! There pretty good on that I was shocked when I got my first order but still they should be open at the certain time that it says it’s open.
