This use to be my favorite dunkin donuts but now I would not be returning to this location. First off I placed my order online and when I arrived at the store to pick up my food they hadn’t started it. The 2 women employees was just sitting there and when I asked for my order one of them replied “,oh no one made the food”. After waiting 15 mins for my food to be made I was missing items from my order and when I said something she caught an attitude. How can you be upset with your customers if you screwed up! Waited almost 30mins for raw bacon and ice cold bagels! For the past few months I’ve been having issues with my food at this location but I kept giving them a chance because it wasn’t always this way but from now on they will not receive another dime from me until they get their staff in order!

The donuts and all food on the shelves remain unprotected from flying insects and such as I watch them crawl around where the employees admit they are aware of the conditions but the store owner refuses to address this. What does that say for the health concern of the customers your servicing. When the owner doesn’t care, neither do the employees.

They need to fire the man who “served” me. He was extremely rude, condescending, and short with me. It is because of him that I will never return to this location. He rushed me through my order so quickly, I spent less money than I was planning on spending. He had a negative attitude the entire time he was taking and making my order. He practically threw my change at me, then mumbled something under his breath when I asked for my receipt, which he neglected to hand me with my change. He didn’t even pretend to thank me for coming in. I could see on the other employee’s face that he was embarrassed by this man’s action, like it happens often. This man clearly has absolutely no idea how to treat customers.

Not a fan of this Dunkin donuts, the coffee is often burnt tasting and there always seems to be people sleeping in seating area. This location also looks dirty and not well kept. I would get coffee across the street at McDonalds instead.

I don’t know if Dunkin realizes it’s a food place, hence it should always be clean and free of say…. flies which I see a lot. Not all the time, but I don’t care. Also the staff has questionable sanitary practices; just as putting donuts in a brown bag without any wrapping around them and then dropping receipt into that bag. Like that’s dirty. I hate when food places do that, like McDonald’s throwing ketchup packets on top of the fries. Why??!!!!! I digress, point being I don’t anything that is not food touching my food, especially something that’s touched someone’s hands. Common sense. Also if you have donuts in the display case that’s messed up, just throw them away. Your welcome.
