My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is always positive and professional! In all the times I’ve gone here to grab breakfast there was always a cashier to take my order and the food never took long, always fresh and tastes great. Great customer service, you won’t be disappointed. My only suggestion for this location would be that there needs to be a drive thru option which would be a lot more convenient for drivers, but I see that with the type of building this is it probably isn’t possible.

The staff is amazing here, they’re always doing their best to serve customers. I can never complain about their service. It’s a little ridiculous to see them having to work during this heat with not good AC though. I went in this morning for a coffee and it was so hot in there, I felt bad seeing their red faces sweating, it is dangerous for them to be working in that type of condition. Leading to fainting or heat exhaustion. They deserve better work conditions.

Worse customer service.! Cashier was bothered when asked for different items, drinks/ ice cream and after making my iced tea, lets me know theres no lemon and for that reason decided not to take it. The cashier was very rude and left the cashier station for me to finish the payment.
