I will not be going here again. The staff were so unprofessional. The language that was coming out of one of the girls mouth was astonishing! People were in the store and she was very loud and vulgar! I was shocked! She was using the F word among other words. Not impressed!

Been going here for many years. Customer service has declined significantly since the owner is no longer there on a consistent basis. I use the app to order every morning and there is always a problem when I get there to pick it up. Yesterday, I ordered a decaf coffee with toffee nut swirl online. When I got there, it was just a medium plain black coffee. When I was finally able to pull one of servers away from chatting with her coworker, Maria came over and I questioned why it was just plain. In her broken English she said it was correct. After going back and forth, she finally called over another employee & I told her there was no swirl in my coffee. She said that toffee was not a swirl it was a flavor shot and it has no sugar. I then asked if she had any other swirls and she just looked at me like she didn’t understand what I was saying. After arguing for 2 minutes, the coworker looked around the store and found the swirl I was talking about. She said “oh it’s new”! She gave me a fresh coffee and I was finally on my way. This was just ridiculous and at 6am, I was really not prepared to have to fight over coffee. I think I’m going to go to the other location in Pleasantville from now on.

I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it’s like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night’s a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he’s there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business
