I don’t like to do this but that probably help them to improve the service. Customer Service is really bad, several time being there place is dirty and don’t give you what you really ask for. Twice they give me incomplete order, and when I ask them for what is missing they do it with bad attitude, not good at all.

Well I love Dunkin Donuts but I also am very partial to the Port Chester NY locations. The Donuts are fresh. The staff is great. The coffee is delicious. I generally get ice coffee. I even managed to turn a friend into iced coffee fan when she would only drink hot coffee from DD for years!

Dunkin Donuts itself is one of my favorite places for breakfast, but on this one, the workers seemed to not like their jobs… 2 things I disliked: I asked for a large ice coffee Dark Roast black with sugar, and got it with milk and sugar. I ordered 5 bacon, egg and cheese on croissants, and saw the person preparing them, literally divide 1 bacon portion into all 5 of the sandwiches. A small piece of bacon was in my sandwich.
