i’m not the one to ever write a review but this is defenetly the expecting. The ladies here straight up rude. I get my order every day in the morning here for me and my husband. my husbands order is always, iced caramel coffee , cream with sweet cold foam. the ladies here ALWAYS add cinnamon WHICH MY HUSBAND IS ALLERGIC TO. and i always have to tell them that i didn’t ask for it . every time i tell them they give me attitude but today they looked at me in my face and told me it comes with it and that i have to specify in the online order that i don’t want cinnamon. I have 5 years of customers service experience….almost 6… straight up lying to the customer and their face while blaming them the situation ??? please.
