I’ve been coming for years and when they had a male manager he had a guy named Sam working there who did great job ever since new lady became manager I don’t see Sam anymore and there coffees are disgusting seen roaches in location and dead fly in my coffee then my bagel had been burned and black. Never giving this place any more of my hard earned money. They don’t care and it’s just new people who don’t care

Honestly I don’t understand all these horrible reviews why don’t we speak upon rude customers? I went there today to order an ice coffee and the manager was nice and polity while a customer just rudely gave attitude over an items that’s not even part of the summer. Like come on. She held herself and I give it up to her because honestly some of YOU customers are so rude and unnecessary to people that are simply doing there job. I honestly love this atmosphere they are so nice. I wish I could give more then a 5 star, I will keep coming.

I dread going to this location and ONLY do when I’m in a position where time and convenience are priority. This location just does not have their management and processes in order. App orders are unlabeled so when you arrive to the location neither you NOR THEY know what orders are sitting on the counter. Employees are too busy having side conversations that they aren’t communicating with each other on their job and failing customer service. More often than not I observe them having to redo orders because it’s incorrect from what a customer (including myself) have ordered and having to discard the original. Corporate waste of product. $$$$ My favorite though is the never failing nasty looks I get when I order my “large cold brew black”, and it comes out brown (thus with some dairy) and they make me feel like I’m the bad customer. I order it from the app. It’s printed for them to read. How am I in the wrong? Slow service and incorrect order is so expected for this location that it’s a common joke in the area when talking about it. A neighbor of mine who lives in walking distance of the location gets on the closest interstate to go to a further location just to avoid this one. I go to 646 North Ave. How is another location a mile away A+ but this one is lower than an F rating? I’m giving one star because Google won’t let me give less. Dunkin Corporate, please address.

This location really needs a revamp. Service is horrible. Plenty of staff, but needs lots of training. Your coffee is wrong at least 50% of the time,because they don’t read the ticket. You order on the mobile app, get there 10 – 15 min later and still have to wait for your order. Then when you say something the new female mgr. Gets nasty with you and gives you an additude.
