This is my third experience at this Dunkin with exorbitant wait times — this morning I was the only in person order waiting for a black iced coffee for over 5 minutes while 3 employees worked on to go orders and 1 restocked. It wasn’t until I asked if everyone was working on to go orders that someone made me my very quick coffee.

Service is extremely slow and when I brought it to the mangers attention he didn’t care and started yelling at me in the crowded store. I order on the app and still waited 10 minutes. Ordering in the store is faster.

After work my friend and I sometimes go to have coffee and relax…every time the table,chairs,floor are very dirty…asked the guy to please clean table and chairs..he told me to use the handsanitizer…I said where are your cleaning products??? He pulled out some windex…I did my best but was very upset…thats not my job…the drinks were not that good either…REGROUP..PLEASE
