The ladies at the front counter today were sweet, attentive, funny, and fast to get my order out properly. I’ve had Dunkin all over the country and this is the first time someone didn’t mess up my coffee in ages. The building was beautiful, immaculately clean, and good vibes. It’s a great edition to the Fort Montgomery area when the only other Dunkin is in the middle of Highland Falls. Thanks for the great experience guys! 5 stars.

Their automated system is to the detriment of customers. My order was only partially fulfilled and eventually i realized the remainder wouldn’t be coming unless i interrupted them. No one seems to be responsible for the totality of an order. It took me over ten minutes to get an iced coffee and two donuts. Upside, the donuts were very fresh.

Something is really wrong with this place. Drive through Dunkin’ Donuts person screamed at me and belittled me taking my order that I just left without ordering. Last time I had to throw the coffee out. Never again and advise other to just keep driving.
