Would rate negative starts, whoever puts 5 stars was definitely an employee because no human being walks out of there and thinks to write a 5 star review. All children behind the counter with attitudes it’s ridiculous. Had a big order for my family and the child comes and throws the food on the counter and as she is doing so says “this order is so extra” with the most attitude like no one told you to fill out papers to work there!!! For the new Dunkin being built they need to ensure not one of them is working there!!!

I just had the worst experience ever If I could give a 0 star i would . I am currently 8 months pregnant. I went to drop off my step-son and decided to grab a refresher . I had asked to use the restroom and the manager “Nicole” who God know why shes a manager with poor professional and management couldn’t give me permission to use their restroom. Clearly aware that corporations have policy but i had even mentioned and was visible that i was 8months pregnant. NEVER AGAIN.!! Thanks Nicole aka Karen.
