In all reality, you go there for the doughnuts. The saying everyone runs on Dunkin is a fact as the line in the drive-tru was more like sitting in a traffic jam at rush hour. The coffee is really not the great though and for the price you pay, it should taste a hell of a lot better. I also ordered a strawberry coolata, and it did not have enough flavor in it to be enjoyable. The only real thing that was good was the doughnuts like I said in the beginning.

I recently had the misfortune of witnessing firsthand the appalling behavior of the manager at a local Dunkin’ Donuts, and it left me utterly disgusted and shocked. Not only was the manager rude and disrespectful towards me as a customer, but the way they treated their young employees was nothing short of appalling.

To start this review off I would rate this location a 0/5 if I could and it’s all due to the HORRENDOUS actions of the “manager” Trish berating her employees in front of all the customers calling them “worthless” “easily replaceable” and the cherry on top a “piece of shit” which is unacceptable in my eyes to the point where i don’t think i could ever support dunking again. Shame on you Trish.

I only rated this as one star because I had no other choice!! I have never had a problem with dunkin donuts until today. I found a plastic bag in my iced coffee. Now, I understand they were extremely busy today in the drive-thru but this is completely unacceptable!! Especially after waiting patiently for 30 mins. I will never be going to another dunkin donuts location ever again!

Dunkin, in my opinion, has a couple of things going for themselves. First their product is consistent. There good and coffees are the same wherever I buy them. Second and maybe more important is their service is faster than some other big national coffee chains. When I am on the go, I do not want to sit in a long slow moving line of cars. I want my coffee and to get on the road.
