The absolute strangest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever walked into. Walked in at 9 am on Saturday and they didn’t have iced coffee!!! They ran out!?! That’s like going into McDonald’s and they don’t have burgers. So disorganized so bizarre. What a sht show in there .

Not the best DD location at all. Service is lacking in this busy location, and employees seem to be bothered by unsure ordering. Try to make you feel bad for interrupting their cell phone conversation or chatting with friends. Stay away if you have another choice. Management needs to make some changes asap.

Is at the location in New City NY the workers where fooling around with the group of kids they where loud and annoying but they where in the party. The kids kept saying to put in the good word for them to get a job I don’t want to comeback to this location after this I was with 3 year daughter and she was scare seeing how they where acting. Fooling around being loud and obnoxious jumping and hiring each other. The Eason for the one star is because the staff was partying with them as it was they knew each other.

So slow. Waited 10 minutes for 2 simple coffees and there was one person in front of me who was halfway through ordering when I walked in. 6 people behind the counter. Granted, they were doing stuff, but seems like they focus more on mobile orders and not the people right in front of them. Maybe a management thing?

Kinda garbage service. Talks up a storm with some other dudes making everyone wait all happily. Then flat face talks to me for my order and doesn’t even get it right. Ask for two donuts, I get three donuts and charged extra. Dunkin doesn’t even list the prices for donuts so I’m trying to figure out why the extra money until I get my donuts and realize it was because she can’t take orders properly.

I used to love this location, and still love the people but something has changed. It’s slow, partly due to people who can’t decide which 12 donuts they want but it just seems to take FOREVER to get your order these days. I’m not sure what changed. Great staff but they need their mojo back. It used to be only the weekend was slow.

This place use to be amazing, however I picked up my daughter from an overnight shift, ordered curbside… 1 Hour passed before we realized no one ever came out! My daughter went inside the food was just sitting there cold! The staff wanted to simply give my daughter the cold food, but my daughter insisted that she make us fresh food, the only reason she complied is because the manager came out!!! Shame!!
