The customer service is friendly at least the cashier, and they greet you as you come in and help you with your food selection. They actually take the time, to explain the donut selections which I appreciate, since there are always new donut selections and I often don’t know, what type of donut will be in their selection. The location is clean and easy to find, and food is delicious and fresh. My favorite selection is the beyond burger since, I’m a vegetarian so it was nice to have selection that doesn’t have meat and they also offer military discounts, so I can save a few cents when I treat myself to a burger and drink. Highly recommend.

If you’re not a regular in the early am and you want a latte you have to wait. Coffee for regulars is prepared already. I had to wait 10 min one morning to get a pumpkin latte because only 1 person staff and people were wanting just reg coffee. Won’t be going to this location

In the morning the workers skip making orders to make orders for regulars. As a result I stood for a latte for 7 minutes just to be given apple cider. Because it was piping hot, I didn’t notice until I was at least 5 minutes away and couldn’t turn around to exchange. Otherwise, I would be late for my carpool to commute 45 minutes into the Bronx. I suggest not going there in the morning unless you’re a regular because you will be ignored. The woman acts as if your time and money does not hold the same value as those who go there after the gym right down the street. I will no longer be going there for my caffeinated drink seeing as I have been given a non caffeinated beverage instead.

Nice place, however, the workers can be a little bit snappy. The donuts are lovly and the decor is beautiful. The coffe is never burned and is usually good. Nice place for a quick bit to eat or coffe stop.
