This was totally garbage! I ordered two mini bagels with well toasted but it wasn’t toasted enough it’s completely cold as it was and I placed another ordered two ordered hash browns same thing not toast well done!! I felt like it was cold and not cooked properly!! Since I don’t like bacon’s! He touched bacon with the old gloves! Even I told him change it! He did put the new gloves but again he touched the bacon with new gloves!! So disgusting

Honestly, one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to, the atmosphere among the workers is pleasant, the manager is super cool, the coffee they serve is always fresh, and in the evenings, the lights inside create a super calm atmosphere and welcoming.

Evetytime I go here and get a cappuccino with less ice half the large cup is froth. There is a guy in there who smile with you but his service sucks. Overall on there coffee I give a 2 star been a dunkin customer for over 28 years .And today I confront home about half cup of froth he Saud because I ask for less ice . I am going to call corporate now because this happen more than once .

Visited the store on Dutch Broadway on 1/26/23 and again 1/30/23 and had to leave. It was crowded , orders mixed up plus two newbies on 1/30 who had no clue what they were doing. Can we get more workers and ones that know what they are doing. Respect to the guy who is always there not sure what happento him this morning .

Wow unfortunately the absolute worst. Seriously they need to hire more workers. Long wait times even when you’ve ordered ahead. Hash browns usually burnt to non edible crisp or mushy. Promised myself I would never waste my valuable time or money there ever again.

Ordered from this dunkin donuts via grubhub…they got my order completely wrong. I ordered three plain bagels with cream cheese and I got one sesame seed, one everything bagel, and one cinnamon raison bagel. I don’t know what they were thinking or doing but they got my order completely wrong and I didn’t even get a refund.
