Location is great! Good quality is good & coffee! Friendliest depends who giving you service not all will greet you nor thank you, mostly cannot understand what they saying it’s either bcuz of plexiglass barrier and mask or accent but u have to repeat yourself and theirs multiple times, sometimes slow sometimes fast when they were too many people sometimes they will with you a little bit longer and forget your order until you remind them they forgot something.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat and the staff were able to suggest a few items to try off the menu. Staff came by my table to see if everything was ok with the food. I will definitely stop by again for my coffee, cold drinks, pastry and sandwich needs.

Worst dunkin ever. I asked for a toasted bagel with vegetable cream. Found out it’s a regular cream cheese and bagel rock hard. Don’t if they know the meaning of toasted cuz last time they warmed the bagel in oven and got saggy this time when they toasted it…..! I don’t know what to say they need to hire better staff.
