Filthy! Workers very unsanitary. They fiddle with their masks with same gloves that they prep the food with and if you ask them to change gloves they seem upset. One worker used her phone and then proceeded to prepare food. The older man at the register fiddled with money and the register, then decided to sweep(never taking the gloves off) when customer traffic slowed down and as a customer came in, he went back behind the counter, same gloves and made coffee and some sort of food he began to handle. All I can do is smh. They are disgusting. I’m speaking for the early morning crew as I’ve never been there any later than 7:30am. Something needs to be done about these very unsanitary conditions

The ONLY way this is a 4 rating cumulatively on Google is because of the owner’s friends.. No sense of customer service. Employees yelling at you for your order. No social distancing rules for customers. The customers just bump into you and invade your space. No leadership. Horrible experience this morning at 7:30 a.m. hoping for better. Was just as bad as the Andrew hotel I stayed in. I’m serving your community by choice in a medical capacity. I was disgusted by the mayhem and customers yelling their order and bumping into me at 7:30 a.m. YOU have the capacity to make your franchise better. Food quality was bad too.

Yesterday, there were two women working there.Both had masks on. One at the register, however, had the mask pulled down, exposing her mouth and nose. As she proceeded to make my sandwich, she was chatting away with the other worker over my food without covering her face. I told her to cover herself. She did but said she had been vaccinated twice, as if to say it was not necessary for her to cover her face. She also did not change the glove she had on her left hand when she went from touching money at the register to making my sandwich. She did put on a new glove on her right hand but touched my sandwich with her left hand which had the dirty glove on. The other woman came out of the bathroom touching the knob with her bare hand. They really need to be better trained to protect customers!!!

The employees are super nice EXCEPT FOR THE MANGER. I placed an order through the DD app for two simple coffees in the morning the day before and went to the store to pick the drinks up. Somehow the app took longer than expected to send the order so the store didn’t receive my order and the manger refused to make the drinks even though I showed him that I already placed the order. I didn’t end up getting the drinks because I was in a rush. I went to the store the next day and spoke to the same manager about my order, not only did he refuse to listen to my story but he insisted that I call the app service to resolve the issue when he could’ve simply make the drinks i didn’t pick up. Honestly what good is he if he can’t simply resolve a small issue like this one.
