I’m glad I stopped frequenting this location. Ever since the old owner left, the service got worse every time. Employees were super unfriendly and acted like they were doing a favor by making our orders properly. Coffee started to get worse every time. I had been going almost everyday for years at this location and nobody would remember my order whereas the employees at the Dunkin’ on 601 Jericho Tpke always remembered my order even when I came back after 3 months. Have a lot more to say but won’t be mentioning any names of the disrespectful employees since it’s been a while since I came here. If you guys want fresh orders and good service, go to the Dunkin’ on 601 Jericho Tpke only about 5 minutes away by car from this location.

Probably one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts as far as Customer Service. The lady at the register by the name of Megan, looked miserable, has no idea what the word friendly means. Shouldn’t have people working like this and places that I have to deal with the public if you can’t deal with the public get another job. last name on the receipt Parvezur not sure who that is but the manager also falls in that category. This was Tuesday morning 12 -13-22. I normally don’t frequent Dunkin’ Donuts but when I do I order the same thing all the time this is the first location that I heard that they don’t cut bagel twist in half because of safety issues which is understandable if you have idiots behind the counter, I don’t know how to cut a simple bagel. Maybe you should look into who you’re hiring not that difficult. they didn’t even offer me a plastic knife as an option. I had to ask for it.

Staff of five, not a single person understood me. I’m not sure why the manager would load the staff with workers who are unable to communicate. Needless to say ordering with any specificity was pointless. I won’t be returning to this location again.
