My sister and I stood there waiting for our drinks for about 10 minutes (we mobile ordered on our own phones), in which she then realizes & points out to me that my beverage is in a cup holder for someone else’s COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORDER. I have been coming here for about a year after switching over from the Dunkin on Lakeville Road and Union Tpke due to their horrible service and bad orders and I’m glad I made the decision. The employees are very nice and respectful and make your order the right way. Whenever I come after a long interval, they still remember my order which goes to show their dedication. I wish this was a Baskin Robbins as well but still 5 stars!

This location is a huge hit or miss! They’ve messed up so many of my mobile order drink orders before and they’re super, super slow even when they aren’t busy. They have never given me an issue to remake anything they mess up which is good. They just aren’t ever staffed properly and lack a good manager. The donuts have never been an issue for me, they consistently taste good. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly as well. The location is usually clean, bathroom is working, and I always see the workers cleaning up the place.
