I went into this Dunkin donut this morning. I ordered 3 coffees and a corn muffin. First off let me say, the guy that took my order was not paying attention at all. He had his headphones in, messed up all the coffees and I had to have him remake them. I asked for 2 medium iced caramel lattes with whole milk and sugar. He didn’t do that so he had to remake it. And then on mine I asked for just a regular iced coffee with almond milk. He didn’t do that as well. He also charged me for two corn muffins and I only asked for 1 and only got 1… this was BY FAR. The worst experience. The guy couldn’t get the order right. It wasn’t busy at all, and I was charged for something I didn’t even get. If you are going to work in customer service like this, maybe take out your headphone and listen to the customer.

I used to work for this store and it has bad services nobody does there job every manager I had didn’t Sloved my issues when I quit I had 2 girls behind a counter no receipt no refunds so I call all of my bosses and sent emails Baldwin sucks I rather go to the Freeport Dunkin on Atlantic ave my brother Sumon and my co workers like me over there better and there’s no line at the Freeport store wish they can close this Baldwin store and the Baldwin store never clean it nasty and dirty Freeport is clean and nice recommend everyone going to Freeport Atlantic ave there nice and clean and no line there fast and they have a better manager ☺️

The woman who was at this location Friday morning October 23 at 6am, was the nastiest person I have ever met. She was rude and very unpleasant. She threw the bag at me. Was annoyed because I couldn’t hear whst she was mumbling to me. She doesn’t deserve to be working with people. I will never go in this store again. Please do something about her. I’m sure there r plenty of other people who would love to have her job and would be a lot nicer to the coustomers.

There were 2 girls working and the one who appeared to be in charge, couldn’t have been any slower!! Something was wrong with the computer and you would have thought that it was the end of the world. Well at least tell anyone on line that there is a problem and then move faster than a snail!! Definitely not going back there again!
