This Dunkin donuts is conveniently located on Glen cove road. They have a drive through that I usually use. You do need to be careful coming out of the place because it’s difficult to make a left turn as you’re leaving the drive through. I do have an issue with their matcha latte. If you ask for an iced one, they usually don’t mix the matcha powder unless you specify.

Had to yell for someone to come to the front it was like no one was working. All I wanted was a dozen donuts, and the woman barely spoke English, and I had to say what I wanted over and over again. I was just about to go behind the counter and fill my own box. It’s ok if someone is learning, but there should be a person to back her up.

Terrible dunkin donuts, 9 out of 10 times your order will come either bad or incorrect, I order drive thru 4 times and every time either my chicken crusant stuffer is cold in the core or they sell me normal glazed donuts even though I asked for 10 chocolate glazed donuts. Terrible place to order from, as well as I received my snackin bacon literally half the amount I am supposed to receive. Terrible place to order from. I REPEAT TERRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM.

I have been coming to this location nearly every day for years because of its proximity to my home. I have to say the service and quality has drastically gone down since they opened this location after closing down the one across the street. Their drive thru service IS THE WORST – there can be no one in line and it still takes several minutes for them to respond at the speaker, and even though I put in a mobile order and normally get the sane thing they STILL get it wrong. Their turnover is horrendous because almost every time I go there are different employees working. Usually the ones that aren’t terrible for some reason don’t even last. Now I’m not sure why or what the story is, but there’s a good chance that they aren’t even going to read the order when it’s put in – today I ordered a pair of breakfast sandwiches with sausage, and even told my gf it would probably be incorrectly made, sure enough, there was bacon and both. Also the sandwich had eggs with MOLD on them. As for my drink, I ordered a latte with no whipped cream, as clearly stated on the label, but guess what? That’s whipped cream.

Great because they have a drive-through! Makes it very convenient to order. 1 star off because there were only 2 cars yet the service was very slow. Also, please wear gloves when preparing drinks – it’s more hygenic. If the speed is improved, it’s a great DD shop to go to.
