I buy, I leave. Nothing to really say they all are exactly the same. Even the garbage is the same way at each location. Dunkin people are ignorant, there’s everything listed on Google Maps, asking you what did you order/have? But all I ever have is not listed. COFFEE!!!! SO AMERICA IS RUNNING ON GAS AND ELECTRIC, DUNKIN IS RUNNING ON THE BRINK OF LOSING THEIR IDENTITY. Also the location of the Screw being placed under my car tire. How do they pass health inspections? Here the sanitation regulatory rules. Now what don’t you see at this food establishment? Needs new Management, and whoever passed the proverbial health inspection should be fined by the Environmental Police. My Post will have the regulatory violations in the morning.

Entering windows and doors were dirty with fingerprints, and who knows what else,, at the counter the equipment to pay for order was the same but worst, even the ice cream counter. I counted 6 or 7 employees all were clean well groomed and talkative to each other. They seemed to be working. I expressed my concern about the dirty place to the young lady helping me. And she was very attentive and concern a sweet heart, she made sure my order was right and kept apologizing.

Anytime I’m visiting, stopping by this location is a must. Today I stopped in and waited at the counter for a good 3-4 minutes with no acknowledgement from either of the two gentlemen behind the counter. A quick “hello, we’ll be right with you” would probably have kept me there. Not feeling valued as a customer, I decided to leave and try another Dunkin Donuts. This was a very disappointing experience because management is always friendly and courteous. Hopefully they will provide their employees with additional training on customer service because this is such a great location but with limited parking.

I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts in South Freeport and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The customer service was outstanding, with each staff member taking the time to greet me with a smile and making sure that my order was taken care of promptly. The fast service was impressive, with my order being completed in record time. Not only that, but the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, which created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I left feeling satisfied and happy, and will definitely be returning for my next coffee fix. Overall, I highly recommend Dunkin’ Donuts in South Freeport for anyone looking for a top-notch coffee experience with exceptional service.

So I’m standing there while the Spanish lady is taking care of another customer ,and the black girl is behind the counter in view on her cell phone. She looked up and saw me and stayed on her phone. If she was on break it doesn’t look good to stand in the dining room where everyone can see you on your cell phone. We have to do better
