I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and the staff has always been so kind and accommodating. In this past few months i’ve noticed other customers come in and be so rude and disrespectful but they don’t let that bother them or affect how they treat the next person. Gotta love a place that makes your coffee just right no matter what time you walk in and that with a smile on their face. Gaurmeet is always such a pleasure and especially so today!

This is the only dunkin I’ve had issues with. They never make my coffee the way it literally specifies. They never say good morning to me but say it to people of light color. Managers attitude is horrible. This place needs a new manager who cares for all dunkin customers. They always talking about people and can’t make one damn coffee correct even tho I’ve been a regular for the last 6 years. I rather drive to a further location then ever go there again.

Had to give one start in order to review. This location almost never has the donuts I want for order and more then half the time they end up being stale. Today was one of those days They didn’t have what I wanted. Then I see I sign to try this new sandwich the beyond sausage. The sign clearly states free sample January 24-25 from 8-10am. It’s right in the middle 9am. I ask to try it and was charged for it. Once I realized I asked the cashier and she said oh we did it yesterday and were not doing it today. I’m sorry I didn’t realize you could pick and choose to act on a corporate promotion. I had them refund me. Definitely the last time I order from this location.

The guy working 2/17/22 at 4:00-4:20 PM today was rude and unprofessional. He cut me off mid sentence while I was telling him my order to rush me and rushed packaging my dozen donuts, when he put one in the bag, he roughly opened it flinging the donut on the counter. Service is terrible. I won’t be back.

This Dunkin’ is amazing. All the workers are fast paced, and know what they’re doing. One worker in particular that amazes me is Jennifer. She provides excellent service and is one of the best workers at this Dunkin Donuts location and even all of Long Island. She always greets customers like me with courtesy and is always kind while maintaining a professional demeanor. If you need a new dunkin location to go that is consistent and makes great drinks, this is the best one to go to.
