I will say the way they treat you here is like family. Welcoming and they usually know your order before you even order. Now that’s what I call customer service.

I’ve been meaning to do this review for a very long time. I work near this Dunkin and I’m blessed to have them so close. Nothing worse than getting your coffee order messed up when you need to get to work in the morning. They have one of the best crew of employees I’ve ever seen. They are all fast, super sweet, and professional. Everybody always looks so happy. I’ve never seen anyone have a problem with their orders and I’m here a lot. Carlos is especially very helpful. I always look forward to chatting with him. He always goes above and beyond to make me the best drink.

We all know why Dunkin is so great… But tonight they made me wait for 25 minutes for my donuts which was ridiculous and their coconut refreshers all taste like medicine which was just icing on the cake. Not impressed.

Good food, good coffee. Long lines and not enough staff. They only have one register open and one person making drinks / sandwiches which results in long lines on a daily basis. They need to hire more people. They also speak mainly in Spanish which can make ordering difficult for Americans.

My partner and I come here everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. I absolutely have respect for all the baristas. Some I even gained a relationship with because their energy is that positive. Maria and Rosa are good especially with recommending items and Kamal is my heart. He is so friendly and always in a positive vibe no matter how the day is going. There are others too but I have not really caught their name but next review I will definitely shout out. Thank you ALL for a wonderful experience every time we come in. Continue with the great service because it’s the service and good vibes for me

Food is always being rushed. I ordered Uber eats and they forgot my bagel. I had to reorder another bagel and pay Uber eats another tip. If I say toasted it doesn’t mean burnt or not toasted at all. This is all the time! If I say light cream cheese it means don’t add so much cream cheese. I can literally add cream cheese to four bagels with the amount they pounce on my poor bagel.. Get it together as customers are filling up your tip cups.. if I say Splenda In my tea add the Splenda !!!!This is for Uber eats and walk-ins….
