Only two stars for cleanliness and convenience. The Hispanic girl at the counter didn’t feel like answering questions and was very dismissive. Asked her about the new cookie butter cold brew. Again, not a care in the world for anything. I ordered it regardless and it was gross. I wouldn’t recommend that drink unless the person that made it just didn’t do a good job.

location is spotty and dangerous drive with caution drive through made only for the smallest of vehicles. If tou walk out of location cars come speeding into the cross walk . Service substandard asked to cut my bagel twist for cream cheese they told me No only location that claimed its a safety issue. I will not be back. Too many ain’t gots.

My milkshake was good. I also ordered munchkins but the Indian guy’s customer service wasn’t that great. He wouldn’t let me finish speaking when I was telling him what I wanted, he sounded agitated when taking my order. And to top it off, when I opened the box, I was greeted by a dead fly on the inside of the box. I had to go back and get another batch. He threw the munchkins and the box out in front of me so I’ll give him that. He didnt apologize but tried to make an excuse as to why the fly was in the box. And he also said he gave me extra munchkins, however he didn’t give me all of the flavors of munchkins I had asked him for, once again probably bc he was in a rush to get rid of customers (even though at this time I was the last one there). So the extra munchkins didn’t really do anything for me. I personally would’ve preferred to get my money back but my sister insisted on keeping the good batch of munchkins.

I don’t know what’s going on I come to this place every day for a refreshing drink and it’s been 3 times now that they do it so bad seriously they don’t put enough ice when you can a little more ice they fill your glass with ice they really do yesenia You need to do your job better, only with you, if that happens, improve your staff or train them better.
