Some staff poorly trained. I requested a double-toasted English muffin w/butter. When I bit into the english muffin, it was soft and soggy from the butter. No crunch whatsoever. Tasted like a mouth full of wet dough and yeast. Did not eat anymore of it. I returned and showed them, so they could prepare another as I requested. The person who originally waited on me said, ” I can’t do anything about that, I don’t give refunds.” I didn’t ask for a refund I want it made over the way I requested. A different person stepped in and asked what happened. When I explained it to her, she instructed them to remake it and double toast it. FYI When the original order was given I asked the person taking the order if she told the guy cooking that I wanted it double toasted, she said yes.

I have been going to this location for 20yrs today i experienced a worker drop the food tray for the bagel oven on the floor and pick it up and place it to use for my bagel. When i mentioned it to the lady that was there , neither her or the co worker even attempted to wash it off. With everything going on that is a real bad look. Just imagine what goes on that you can’t see.

I absolutely really do like this dunkin donuts location. They are very quick, very friendly, and handle busy times very well also! Absolutely recommend this location over other local coffee locations. Love that there is a drive through option as well! Makes getting coffee so much mire convenient!

Low score must have reasons.Two cups of coffee and two bagel will not be ready in an hour. The point is the attitude of the staff is awful，even ridicule the guests！Definitely never come back again！

I have to say that I am very upset with this location in terms of ordering online and picking up. So far I have done it 3 times and all 3 times the order was messed up. This is the last time I am ordering online from this place. I love caramel lattes and the 3 times I ordered they put cinnamon on the top. I hate cinnamon. I didn’t ask for it. I looked at my orders from the past and in all the orders I was very specific what I wanted. They ALWAYS put cinnamon. Why? I bought 2 donuts, specifically ordered strawberry frosting and chocolate frosting. They were both chocolate. If they didn’t have strawberry they should have notified me. I usually don’t like to write bad reviews but 4 times in a row messing up is a bit too much. The sandwiches were fine. Its always the coffee.
