If you make a mobile order make sure you check it before you leave the store. I’ve noticed that when the store is busy the associates aren’t really paying attention to what you ordered. I ordered a midnight coffee 3 times already I’ve been given regular roast, I ask for my bagel to not be toasted and it still is toasted. I understand in the morning they are very busy, but if im paying my hard earned money I’d like my order to be right

Seems like they can’t keep track of their digital orders without fail since I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months they have always forgotten about my coffee order, just a basic medium hot coffee cream and sugar, always see other customers after me put their coffee order after me and within 1 minute they get theirs without issues. They always seem baffled when I ask how long it will take for a hot coffee and think someone else has taken my order by mistake after they think they’ve made it (which they haven’t, I watch out of boredom)

I go here in the morning and it’s usually amazing service, but i went there at 11pm last night (they are 24hrs) to get latte and the young lady told me that they do not make those drinks at those hours. I had to leave and drive 20 mins to go get the same drink at another dunkin.

I’ve always been a Dunkin customer for years but I can genuinely say this is the first (and best) Dunkin location I’ve ever found that has fresh soft donuts. Fresh food. And the drinks are made perfectly. Everytime. All the other locations need to step their game up cus lynbrook Dunkin is setting the bar high. I drive here daily from queens just to get my coffee.
