May 6th 2:40 AM. MIDDLE AGED MAN WITH RED HAT. Extremely disrespectful. I have never felt the need to write a review about a place in my entire life until today. I’ve lived in the neighborhood my whole life and have never received such bad customer service. I’m a frequent customer. A middle aged man with a bad attitude served my friends ice cream minutes before me, and when it was my turn to order he told me they “didn’t have any ice cream” and “ice cream is closed only Dunkin’ Donuts”. I drove up to the window to talk to him and was greeted with “no ice cream only Dunkin’ Donuts” and when I asked why he replied with “I’m not doing this” and closed the window on me and walked away to then sit in a chair, eat ice cream, and watch videos on his phone. Will be calling customer service about this experience as well.

I just left this place and will never return. There was a middle aged man that took his time to acknowledge me (even though i was the only one on the line) Seemed to have an attitude that i wanted to spend my money there. Then he wanted to sharpen up once i recognized poor service. I do not recommend this place to any one especially of color.

I went here to get some coffee for my family, went through the drivethru and ended up getting most of my orders messed up. Not just that, the worker (Saleem) was being incredibly rude and kept making remarks at me. Usually I don’t care because I get working long hours and having to deal with people, but this was just horrible. I wouldn’t want such behavior to be given to anyone.

They messed up my order, and the things that I did get were either cold or tasted horrible. There were things that I never got even though I ordered them. It looked like they just rushed everything, even the bag that I got my order in was soggy like some coffee was spilled on it. I couldn’t even drink the coffee I got, I just had to spill it down the drain. The bagels that I ordered were not toasted even when I asked to, and there was so much cream cheese spread on them that I took a knife and had to scape all of it off. I literally didn’t even order cream cheese bagels
