It’s 4-10-23 7:40am I just left this DD location. The lady that took and filled my order was the worst. She was wearing a glove on one hand (that was touching everything, money/credit cards ect). she proceeded to get my donuts acting like she was using the wax paper (but not at all) That dirty glove was all over my donuts. She should knows better not to touch people food with dirty gloves. I made a comment but she acted like she couldn’t hear. That’s disgusting .

On 6/6/2022 at 3:00 PM, I was served by the cashier, Vincent. I have been coming to this Dunkin for years. But after my last experience here, I feel the need to include this review. Vincent had the worst attitude and was super disrespectful during my visit. I simply asked if they had double chocolate donuts and he yelled YES $1.75! and threw the donut on the counter. I said I wasn’t done ordering and he just started laughing for no reason? I was quite stunned and utterly confused as I said nothing humorous. I took a picture of him because when I asked for the manager, he said one was not there. What a shame. There should be nicer, more competent individuals working in such a fast paced environment.

Was on long island riding my motorcycle around and it was pretty hot. Decided to stop here to get a large iced coffee. Ordered my coffee and it was damn good. You wouldn’t believe how many places can mess ip a simple cup of coffee iced or hit. Guy behind the counter was polite and quick. The bathroom was clean and I was in and out of here i a few minuets. Recommend coming to this Dunkin’ donuts if you are in the area and want coffee.

I have been to this establishment for years, hence at least they’ll get one star from me. Recently a new hire I have never encountered before named Vincent has been extremely rude towards customers. He no longer creates the welcoming environment dunkin stands for, in fact he laughs in the face of customers. He is absolutely disrespectful and does not handle the food or products with care. This is why I as well as family, peers, and other long-standing members of the community will no longer be visiting this Dunkin until action or proper training in customer service is administered. Don’t let this smile fool you, it wasn’t friendly. This was after mocking customers arrogantly.

I have been to this Dunkin Donuts on multiple different occasions. I am a black man. And the notable difference in treatment I received from the employee, Vincent, is unfathomable. He was clearly racist as he was nice to all of the other customers (white) before me. But when I got to the register, his whole demeanor changed, and he looked at me up and down with disgust. I didn’t know Dunkin’ Donuts hired staff that discriminated against customers. Stay away from this Dunkin Donuts.
