Accidently created two orders from the app. The person refused to refund even though the drinks were not made. What should i do with 8 drinks? When we only needed 4 and top of it, ya we dont have any sprinklers left. So take these half made drinks. Bad customer service.

The guy closed down his old store for this?! The old location right next door maybe just needed a fresh coat of paint, but instead the owner decided it was a good idea to buy a building right next door that had been abandoned for many years, turn into another Dunkin donuts, then abandon the one he already had. The only difference is this one is all about the drive in with the seating area inside maybe about half the size. It’s not comfortable to sit in which the old one was. The drive in is a pain, now I watch them put down my order only to watch them get confused at the window when they said I didn’t order what I saw them put on the screen. In the old one, you walk up to the counter and say I need this, here though, once you drive off, then that’s probably it. Congratulations you ruined what you had. I could have come up with a million better things to turn this place into and but they instead swapped one abandoned building in the center of town for another. I hope the owner is happy

I went through the drive thru and got around the block and then noticed nothing was what I ordered. I went back & inside this time and spoke to a blonde gentleman with a broom, you know who you are because you were very nice and gave me what I asked for versus the drive-thru attendant that asked me after he already helped me if anything was wrong? I told her nothing was what I ordered and her response was basically shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care because she didn’t even make sure what I asked for was correct in the bag. Poor customer service from her but from him Great! I did not get his name but he deserves a raise for good calm customer service! Thank you blonde guy with the broom
