One of the worst Dunkins I’ve been too. Wanted the Avocado toast with cheese and big stink about. I understood if it was an allergy problem and said she can put it on the side. Got my toast more like “brick” with burnt cheese and proceeded to charge me more for another slice when I kindly asked for more. And in the end the Avocado was on top and there clearly wasn’t an allergy problem ‍♀️

Can I just say you guys are awesome. For the 1st time ordering online I was not let down! I asked for more chocolate sprinkled donuts in replacements of others in the dozen order. i have never written a review anywhere before but this time i feel like i’d be doing other people wrong by saying nothing. This place has the absolute worst service for online orders i have ever seen . I waited for my order for 2 hours (keep in mind this is a few donuts and a 8 minute drive)I had 3 drivers throughout my order because the wait time was so long they kept canceling. JUST for my order to be canceled because they had removed one of the options i chose off of their online menu. I called this place 5 times over the 2 hours i waited, it just rang until it hung up. In the end i got HALF of my order for my small get together, 2 and a half hours after i ordered it.

First and last time I go there. The two workers were a joke. Had a simple order of 2 donuts 1 FV latte and 2 bagel. They first messed up the other by giving me a cold latte, then a hot caramel latte, and then gave the same caramel latte lying that its FV and finally forgot the 2 donuts and I had to remind then. It may be new store but they are a mess. Always always check your order.!
