TERRIBLE SERVICE, I order a tea almost everyday on the app before I leave my house (so I can just go in and out) and sometimes hash browns. Couple of weeks ago I got a croissant instead of the hash browns (even though the bag with the sticker says hash browns), so I tell them the next day, their answer is to check my order before leaving. Several times it’s a coffee instead of a tea (again even though the sticker says tea), happened again today (cause now I do check even though I shouldn’t have to) I tell them it’s wrong, they don’t make a new one they proceed making other drinks, so I say I have to leave just cancel it, one employee tells the other to make it, she makes it with equal instead of sugar so finally the 3rd drink is made correctly and there wasn’t so much as an I’m sorry!! I ended up being late to work, thanks to their incompetence.

The cold brew chocolate stout is simply yummy, but they go down fast. The egg sausage and cheese on croissant is so good even the dog loves them, she stole the hubbies.. Employees were friendly and shop was so clean. Quick service with smiles.

Wasn’t overly crowded, very clean, but the cafe au lait was not available at the time of order. The avocado toast could of used some more olive oil, and the hashbrowns half were burnt. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was good overall.

Honestly, a bit disappointed. Walked in and there was an older man behind the counter, and a young lady at the cook station. The gentleman behind the register was running around helping the customers with his mask around his chin. I had to tell him to pull it up. I would have rated lower if it wasn’t for the fact that they were fast, and the product was fresh. Do better Dunking, peoples lives depend on it. And before people start complaining, I too work in the service industry. If I can wear a mask at work, so can you.

This store closes way before the closing time. They shut off all the coffee machines, cleared all the donuts close to an hour before close. Rather would change the hours so people wont stop for a pickup at this NOT-A-DRIVETHRU location!!

Google states that this place closes on Friday at 11:00 p.m so before seeing our movie at tanger we stopped in for ice cream for me and my family. We got there around 10:35 and the one guy working there was very rude and rushing saying we’re closing in 5 minutes and i said “ at 10:40? I thought you guys closed at 11?” He said “ no 10:45 rudely” as he slopped our ice cream together messing up orders and didn’t ask if we wanted anything for toppings and when i mentioned toppings he said hastily and rudely“ toppings cost extra money , as simple as that !” I handled that the best way i could but that’s not how a patron of a business should be treated , thrown around and talked to with disrespect by an employee . When i go back there i will have a little chat with his manager .

Horrible services they were 2 cashiers and 3 employees. This young man knew i was in line ready to order but he just decided not to take my order. The only one doing there job was and older man. He was taking all the orders and doing everything. The other two were just so useless and lazy not wanting to do their job. They were just on there phones laughing. Knowing that there were people in line. And this is not the first time its happened.
