Got an apple crumb doughnut that was rock hard; went up to see if I could exchange for a different one (that was the last one) and the cashier insisted *twice* that “it is fresh doughnut” before finally agreeing to let us have a different one, even when we tried to show how hard the doughnut was. Looked at past reviews of this place, and apparently they have a history of “recycling” doughnuts from the day before- looks like they haven’t stopped. She was nasty enough even before insisting to us that grossly stale food was “super fresh.”

This location is like no other. I have never seen a business with so many down to earth, caring , humble and generous employees. I especially have never seen a business where the employees are all truly happy ! My situation is complicated and I’ve never felt so welcomed and cared about. The manager welcomes me with a huge smile everyday and is always so kind and thoughtful. The manager and all of his staff are compassionate, kind, thoughtful and most of all respectful. And I gotta say they all don’t seem like they are miserable coming here. He made a great environment for his staff and his customers. This morning the milk from the new carton curdled on boiling. Opened another carton with same result. Couldn’t have coffee at home. Headed for this Dunkin Donuts exclusive outlet and had piping hot mocha cappuccino. Whenever you have the sinkin feelin, head for Dunkin Donuts, the place to be.

We went there with our son this morning, and got 3 donuts. Two of the donuts were extremely stale. I thought they had a policy of having fresh donuts every day, but the Stroopwafel donut was at least 2 days old. Perhaps this is not a popular donut and doesn’t sell much, but they should not sell inedible goods.

In my experience, Dunkin’ coffee either tastes like river water or like the nectar of the Gods. Thankfully, the coffee from this Dunkin’ is always the latter. This is my absolute favorite Dunkin’ I actually go out of my way to stop at this one instead of the three others I pass before this on my way to work. The staff is always super pleasant early in the morning and my iced coffee is always perfect.
