I love Dunkin but this is the WORST STORE that I have ever been to. The staff doesn’t know at all how to run a business. First they give you such a bad attitude like if you were asking for free food. Second they always get your order wrong and they don’t even apologize for their mistake, but on top they give you attitude. They gave me a coffee that was spilled all over, and just take a look on how they make their bagels. Unacceptable.

Umm the young girl at the register has no idea what she is doing… she messed up the order of the person in front of me and then messed up my order as well and gave me an attitude when I said something about it! She should have been trained better.. if that is not the issue then she is just careless about her job. Def won’t be going back to this location ever.

Worst Dunkins I’ve been to. 4 employees standing around, all of them complaining & making fun of people in the drive thru. Girl that waited on me took her sweet time to take my order & of course messed up my drink. Zero customer service skills. Will not go back here ever again!!

I was the width of a hair close to losing my sht with the people that work there. They messed up my order in the drive thru and when I went inside the lady with the black hair laughs and rolls her eyes like what the heck??? How low is fast food service now. Shouldn’t be this low where you scoff at customers for YOUR mistakes. We pay money the food is not ******* free. Take your attitude to a str!p club where it suits women like you.

Unfortunately this is quite possibly the worst dunkin to exist. I have given it numerous opportunities, but it is consistently bad. They are always short handed and take forever. Even if you order ahead it is almost never ready when I get there. The best one was when I ordered a medium iced coffee and they bring me a large and told me they already made it and wanted to charge me for the large and credit me on the next visit. No sorry it doesn’t work like that.
